From the Desk of Head of Department

Dear Friends

It’s my great honor to welcome from the desk of head of electrical engineering department. As we know that “To educate is to draw out” and the ward “school” is derived from Greek skholē  means “leisure spent in the pursuit of knowledge”. And under the roof of Electrical engineering Department of Pacific School Of Engineering, we are trying to fulfill the above phrase. To sustain the planned growth in the power sector, the industry needs human capital trained in electrical engineering. The Electrical Engineering Department is contributing to this need by producing trained technology leaders. The department has a goal of providing excellence in technical education.

A team is “the many Hands with One Mind”. The most important asset of the department is the team of young, dedicated and well qualified faculty members. All the faculty members posses Master’s degree in the various specialized fields of electrical engineering. They are the true bridge between a technocrat and the growing industry by providing their keen knowledge to their students.

The department, apart from routine academic Curriculum takes keen interest in several other academic activities like conducting seminars, workshops, conferences, expert lectures etc. and updates the practical aspects through industry -institute interaction.

Last but not least our beloved students, without whom we feel empty heart. This complete family of our department of Pacific School of Engineering – Surat is the most innovative and determining family. Our students are sincere to their study and obedient. Above all these they take active participates in all extra-curricular activities.
